What is it?

Sentiment checking is a simple solution that allows you to automatically check against negative ratings, with positive commentary.  For example, if a customer accidentally set a rating as 1 or 2 stars, but their commentary talks about how amazing the service or your store experience was - it will ask them to consider double checking their rating.  

  • Sentiment check effectively stops review sharing until the sentiment correlates with the score
